Lucky Deal Events, LLC (“Lucky Deal Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit luckydealevents.com (the “Site”), contact us by phone or email, request a quote, communicate with us on social media, or use our casino party rental and event services.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide personal information.
This Policy is a companion to our Terms of Service. Quote validity, deposits, pricing, travel terms, equipment-damage rules, and payment-processor liability are governed by those Terms and by any written quote or contract, not by this Policy.
1. Who we are
Lucky Deal Events, LLC provides casino party game rentals and related event services. We are based in Arlington, Texas, in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and we operate across Texas. In some cases we may manage an out-of-state event under a contracted agreement that covers event-management fees, package pricing, travel, lodging, meals, and other necessary travel costs.
Lucky Deal Events is a casino-themed party rental and entertainment company. All games are played with play chips, play money, or organizer-issued vouchers. We do not accept real-money bets, do not pay cash winnings, and do not operate a gambling establishment. Depending on the event organizer, guests may receive raffle tickets, donated prizes, or simply play for fun and bragging rights. Prize programs, if any, are the responsibility of the event host and must comply with applicable Texas and local laws.
Our services and the Site are intended for customers in the United States. International website traffic is blocked for safety and security reasons. We do not offer services outside the United States.

- IP address

- Device type and operating system
- Referring URL
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate time on the Site
- Date and time of the visit
- General location derived from IP address (city or region level)
This information is collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. See Section 7.
C. Invoice and payment information
We do not collect payments on the Site and may never do so. If an invoice is issued through Stripe or another third-party invoice and payment provider, that invoice may include:
- Customer billing information
- The agreed event package
- Customizations and selected event services
- Payment terms required by company policy or the contract
Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider. We do not keep bank-account or credit-card information long term after an event is completed.
D. Information from other sources
We may receive information from venues or vendors when coordination is required, from communications tools used to contact us, or from social platforms if you message us there. Social platforms and payment providers have their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to quote, pricing, and availability requests
- Prepare, track, and follow up on event quotes
- Plan, staff, and deliver booked casino party rentals and related services
- Communicate about quotes, contracts, invoices, schedules, and customer service
- Coordinate add-on services when a partner must speak with you
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Measure traffic quality, engagement, user acquisition, retention, and marketing campaigns
- Send service messages about an inquiry or booking
- Send marketing communications when relevant, using information you submitted, including information from unbooked quotes
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, or misuse
- Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights
Submitted quote and contact data may be stored in our encrypted systems and used for relevant marketing at any time. You may opt out of marketing emails as described in Section 10.
A quote is not an open-ended offer. Each quote has a temporary acceptance period and, to move forward, requires at least a 50% deposit. Pricing may change during the year based on season or internal changes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. Those commercial terms are described in the quote and our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not provide client lists to unrelated companies for their own marketing.
We may share personal information only as follows:
Service Providers. Companies that help us operate the business, including website infrastructure, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, possible future Google Ads for sponsored lead-generation traffic, email and communications tools, a future CRM if we adopt one, and invoice or payment providers such as Stripe. These providers may change as our operations require. Other parts of our technology infrastructure are proprietary and may change at any time.
Event Partners and Vendors.
- If a service is requested but not under our contract, we generally give you the partner’s contact information so you can contact that provider at your discretion.
- If the service is part of our contracted agreement and the partner does not need to speak with you, we do not share your information with that partner. A Lucky Deal Events Event Manager or other designated staff remains your contact.
- If specific details require communication between you and the partner, we share only the information required for that coordination.
Professional Advisors. Accountants, insurers, or attorneys as needed.
Legal and Safety Reasons. If required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect Lucky Deal Events, our clients, staff, or the public.
Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Payment processors are responsible for maintaining compliance for their own products and industry obligations. Their use of payment data is governed by their privacy policies. Processor selection may change at any time based on what the business requires to operate.
5. Social Media and Google Business Profile
We maintain profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo, and a Google Business Profile. Associated usernames are currently @LuckyDealEvents. Links to these channels appear in the Site footer.
Those platforms have their own privacy policies. Information you submit directly to a platform is governed by that platform.
We may use messenger or similar tools for general communication only. We will not send official quotes through any messaging platform. That practice protects proprietary pricing and avoids placing quote data on third-party messaging systems. If you contact us by DM or comment, we may use that information to reply and direct you to the Site, phone, or events@luckydealevents.com for an official quote.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our services are directed to adults who plan events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Family events that include minors are booked by an adult client. Parental supervision is required at those events. Event details an adult organizer provides about a party that includes children are treated as information from that adult, not as collection from a child.
If you believe a child under 18 has submitted personal information to us, email events@luckydealevents.com and we will delete it as required.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, improve the customer experience, and measure traffic quality, engagement, acquisition, retention, and marketing campaigns.
We currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Google Ads may be used in the future for sponsored advertising and lead generation. Other tools may be added or replaced.
A cookie notice will be presented on the Site. Depending on the version in use, that notice will either:
- Inform you that cookies are used (notice-only), or
- Require your opt-in before analytics or marketing cookies are collected.
Essential cookies needed for the Site to function may load regardless of marketing or analytics choices. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site performance.
The Site may not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
8. Data Retention and Security
Booked-event records may be kept indefinitely in encrypted storage.
Information submitted for a quote that does not become a booked event may also be held indefinitely in encrypted storage and used for relevant marketing.
Bank-account and credit-card information is not maintained long term after an event is completed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted storage protocols and procedures for retained records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a secure connection when submitting information, and notify us at events@luckydealevents.com if you believe information related to our services has been compromised.
9. United States Audience; International Access
We process information in the United States. The Site and our services are intended for U.S. customers. We block international website traffic and do not operate outside the United States. If you nonetheless access the Site or contact us from outside the U.S., your information may still be processed in the United States.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion, subject to legal, security, and operational exceptions (including records we keep for booked events, taxes, contracts, or dispute resolution)
- Opt out of marketing emails
To make a request, email events@luckydealevents.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need enough detail to verify that the request comes from the person whose information is involved.
Event photos and videos used for our own marketing are also personal information when they identify a person. Collection and use of that media are described in these Terms and, where applicable, our Privacy Policy. Individual opt-out requests made at the event will be honored to the extent reasonably possible.
Marketing Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. We may still send non-marketing messages about an existing inquiry, quote, booking, invoice, or legal matter.
Texas Residents: We are a Texas-based business. Where applicable law requires it, we will honor consumer privacy rights. We do not sell personal information and will not sell sensitive personal data without any consent the law requires.
Residents of California and other states: If a state privacy law applies to your relationship with us, you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests using the contact method above.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
11. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may link to venues, partners, payment pages, social platforms, Google services, or other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Review those policies before providing information to them.
Google’s use of information collected through Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, or Ads is described in Google’s own policies. Stripe or any successor invoice and payment provider describes its practices in its own policy.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when our tools, processors, or practices change. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. The revised Policy will be posted on this page and applies to information collected after it is posted, and to existing information to the extent permitted by law. Material changes may also be announced by email or a notice on the Site when appropriate.
