Lucky Deal Events is a casino-themed party rental and entertainment company. All games are played with play chips, play money, or organizer-issued vouchers. We do not accept real-money bets, do not pay cash winnings, and do not operate a gambling establishment. Depending on the event organizer, guests may receive raffle tickets, donated prizes, or simply play for fun and bragging rights. Prize programs, if any, are the responsibility of the event host and must comply with applicable Texas and local laws.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an inquiry, book any event or service, or enter into a contract or agreement with us. By booking, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Booking Process & Quotes
Clients may inquire by:
- Calling us directly, or
- Completing one of the inquiry forms available on the Site.
After the initial inquiry, we will work with you to refine requirements, specifications, and configurations. Once you confirm agreement, we will email a contract for electronic signature. After we receive the signed contract, an invoice will be issued for the initial 50% non-refundable deposit (or payment in full). Special discounts may be offered for payment in full in certain cases.
The Client is required to maintain appropriate levels of communication during the planning, scheduling and event setup time periods. Not doing so could require delays, changes to contract stipulations or even the inability to deliver the desired service.
Event Quotes
A quote is not an open-ended offer and does not reserve a date. A date is secured only after a signed contract and at least a 50% non-refundable deposit, or payment in full where offered. Information submitted for a quote, including quotes that are not booked, may be retained and used to follow up and send relevant service or marketing communications, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. We may still send messages about an existing inquiry, quote, booking, invoice, or legal matter.
Inquiries submitted through third-party sourcing or listing platforms (including Cvent and similar marketplaces) are requests for a quote. A booking is formed only when we issue an agreement and you accept it, including deposit terms. Platform payment tools, if used, do not replace our event agreement unless we state otherwise in writing.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Remaining Balance
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date on our event calendar.
- The remaining balance is due on a date determined by the lead time of the booking (denoted as “X” and specified in your individual contract/invoice).
- Payment in full may qualify for a special discount at our discretion.
Any delays receiving expected timely payments could delay specifications detailed within the Event Contract Agreement. In the event this occurs, a re-negotiation of contracted terms may be required to fulfill party rentals and/or services.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Stripe. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store full credit-card or bank-account numbers long term after an event is completed. We are not responsible for a payment processor’s independent systems, errors, or policies, except as required by law.
6. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the date is scheduled, as it covers operational and staffing commitments.
- If you paid in full, only 50% of the total fee is eligible for refund if cancellation occurs within X days prior to the event (exact window specified in your contract).
- We will always first explore rescheduling options with you.
- Rescheduling credit is valid for one (1) year from the cancellation date.
- Any non-refundable deposit paid will be credited toward a future Casino Party package booked with Lucky Deal Events, LLC.
- These rules apply only to Casino Party packages provided directly by Lucky Deal Events, LLC. We are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or issues arising from third-party venues or other event service providers.
7. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events
Indoor Events
We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, power failure, acts of God, or similar events. We will work with you to reschedule. The 50% non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable due to preparation, staffing, equipment, and planning costs already incurred.
Outdoor Events
Proper planning is required before booking. If a non-man-made cancellation still occurs:
- The event may be rescheduled within one (1) year from the cancellation date.
- On a case-by-case basis, you may be eligible for a 50% refund (if paid in full), provided you notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled event date. Does not apply to the 50% non-refundable deposit amount.
- If notice is given after the 30-day window, only the rescheduling option will apply.
8. Client Responsibilities
General
- You must provide adequate space, power, access, lighting, and adult supervision.
- Only funny money is permitted. Real-money gambling is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all required venue permits, permissions, and approvals.
- You must ensure the venue allows our full equipment setup and activities.
Minors
Our services are adult-based. We are not responsible for any child or teenager attending an event. Minors must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or assigned chaperone. When minors are present (including birthday parties), the Client’s adults are fully responsible for all non-adult actions, including damage, theft, or interference with the event. You will be notified of any concerns and must take immediate preventative or corrective action. We reserve the right to halt, stop, or leave the event prior to the scheduled end time if escalated communications are ignored or not addressed.
Indoor Events
- You must provide adequate indoor space, climate control, sufficient power outlets, lighting, and clear access for setup and breakdown.
- We are not responsible for any venue-related issues (we do not own or operate the establishment).
- For home and private events, specifications and configurations will be finalized during the planning phase.
- Clients using a hired venue must ensure proper space planning, including table/chair space, guest walkways, storage for setup/breakdown equipment (if needed), and that dining tables, cocktail tables, chairs, or other displays do not interfere with casino party elements.
Outdoor Events
- You must provide a suitable, level surface, weather-appropriate protection if needed, power access, and lighting. The Event Contract Agreement will specify if Lucky Deal Events is providing any services that may contain these items.
- You are responsible for any required outdoor permits (tents, generators, etc.).
- You acknowledge higher weather-related risks.
- We work with you during the planning phase to ensure all bases are covered and will recommend additional backup solutions if necessary.
9. Equipment Damage, Loss, or Theft
If any of our equipment (including but not limited to game tables or felts, game accessories, chips, game chairs or stools, lighting displays or decorations, outdoor tents, dining tables, cocktail tables, dining chairs, and/or linens) is damaged, lost, or stolen by the venue, the Client, the Client’s representatives, and/or event guests, you will be charged the estimated replacement or repair cost. The amount is determined on a case-by-case basis.
10. Photography and Videography
We may photograph and/or video the event or service. Media is used solely for our own marketing, website, social media, and print materials and will not be shared with third-party platforms or channels. You and/or individual guests may opt out or inform us at the time of the event that you do not wish to be photographed or videoed (or make any other stipulation). We will honor such requests to the extent reasonably possible.
Event photos and videos used for our own marketing are also personal information when they identify a person. Collection and use of that media are described in these Terms and, where applicable, our Privacy Policy. Individual opt-out requests made at the event will be honored to the extent reasonably possible.
11. Preferred Event Service & Venue Partner Network (Preferred Partner Network)
- Potential partners must submit an online application or work with us through other mutually agreed means for review and approval.
- There is no cost to join the network.
- Referral fees may apply in some cases (agreed upon up front by both parties).
- We reserve the right to remove any individual, company, venue, or service provider from the network at any time and for any cause.
- Partners must actively network and strategize with us to support mutual business growth.
- The network is periodically evaluated and adjusted throughout the year for effectiveness and viability.
- If coordination with a venue or other event partner is required for a booked event or requested service, we may share limited contact and event details with that partner. We do not sell personal information or provide client lists to unrelated companies for their own marketing.
Preferred Partners are independent third parties. We may refer clients to them but are not responsible for their pricing, performance, quality, or any issues arising from their services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Deal Events, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
